We design and personalize our systems to cater to the type of site we are working on.

What is an Intruder Alarm System Maintenance?

An intruder alarm maintenance is carried out to help certify your system stays fully functional, and your premises are protected out of hours. The maintenance consists of devices being checked for resistances and status on the intruder alarm system, battery back up of the system checked and remote signalling checked if the site is remotely monitored.

We recommend a maintenance visit every 6 months depending on the size of the site and more depending on the security level on site. One of the team will provide you with the ideal number of visits and the time scale this should happen in. After the work has been completed, sites will be provided with clear information about the recommended servicing, call-out procedure, and alarm package information. We will ensure that we have left the site with the client feeling confident with their alarm system. Logbooks are essential for the smooth running and tracking of previous engineer's works and enable those on-site to thoroughly go through our maintenance checklist these will be created and left on-site so that the client is aware of all equipment and security coverage of the site. We are always on call for questions and queries as aftercare is our top priority.
